Flash - is there any way to increase the number of posts under the Recent Posts listing?

I missed Boeby's recent posts until I went back and checked out the individual threads.

..just had a thought..
increasing the number in the "recent posts " section might lead to a too long a list...

If the database will allow ...say on any paticular day only list the lastest  (last ) addition to any paticular categgorys' section rather than having half a dozen listed for the same post on the same day..As once you have opened the catagory you can see all the recent posts.

good call, sometimes when i read my viewed missed messages and i log out and come back I only have the recent messages to go by. Now i shouldnt miss as many

not sure if you guys missed the function, there's a link on top which says "Show unread posts since last visit" and it lists all the topics which were updated since you last logged in. it's usually what i click on  Smiley

JZ, i go off the link at the top as well, but for some reason, if dont get through them all, by the time i log back into the site later, they all show up as read and I only have the bottom of the page to work from. This happens especially when travelling and on and off mobile. Hence there are periods when i missed quite a few posts.

I was wondering why I was not seeing the 'show unread posts since last visit' option and then I realised that I turned that box off because I did not want to be reminded of how time I spend at the forum.
